Where it all began
rentmystuff was created and is run fully out of New Zealand by New Zealanders!
It's fully Kiwi-owned and operated!
rentmystuff was borne out of a growing desire from people who want to use products but without having to buy it - especially knowing the item may only be used a few times.
The founders of rentmystuff were serious shoppers, accumulating piles of stuff over the years - but for most of its life - it's just been sitting around in cupboards, the garage, under the bed and in storage (soon you will be able to check out our blog to see where our impulse buys have ended up - it's pretty scary!).
We feel really passionate that for our future and our families - we want it to be about experiences - not 'stuff'. Using our resources to create memories with our families and loved ones - instead of buying more 'stuff'.
